BTPD UNPROFESSIONALISM AT ITS WORST

Just so everyone understands, I have the highest respect for HONRABLE MEMBERS OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AND FIRST RESPONDERS, but when something like this occurs, and despite having called over an hour and a half ago, NO ONE SHOWS!!!
In case you're wondering, this is what I found on the walls near the door of my apartment, and it's SICKENING!! There are more, but the things on them are too disgusting to post. Needless to say, as usual, the BTPD are proving themselves useless!!
