BTPD GET CAUGHT 'NEEDLING' THE PUBLIC
MORNING RHNI2B GANG!! This morning has been both interesting and fruitful, especially with this little goodie. This AM, hubby walked in the door, having found this on our doorstep, and seeing it had my name on it, handed it to me. As we read this together, our mouths were agape with shock! Most of all we were disgusted by this, and I felt it very important to share with all of you.
Members of our group told us that the rescue squad and the police department were doing something illegal several months ago. We didn't believe it. Now we know it is true. Bensalem Rescue Squad entered into an agreement with the Bensalem Police Department to draw blood for DUI arrests. The members of the rescue squad had to wear coats over their patches to cover their identity claiming to be lab technicians!
Paramedics and emergency medical technicians are not permitted to draw blood for criminal investigations! Not only did they draw blood, they added a charge for the service for the restitution portion of the arrest. In other words, they had the District Attorney's office collecting fees for an illegal service! Worse yet, they lied to the District Attorney's office saying they were authorized to draw blood for criminal investigations!
Once the state found out about this, they ordered Bensalem Rescue Squad to immediately cease the practice!
Considering that the evidence was illegally obtained, how many criminal cases must be reviewed and charged dropped? What about those convicted with the illegal evidence? Will their guilty verdicts be overturned? I wonder if any defense attorneys here in Bucks county, especially any in Bensalem, are aware of this act? Does the rescue squad have to return the fees they collected for the illegal blood draws?
Will anyone from the police department or rescue squad be prosecuted? Or will this be covered up like most of the illegal activity in Bensalem?

ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE!! Members of Bensalem’s Rescue Squad, the highly esteemed members of our first responders performing something that they have neither the authority nor the qualifications for!! Several questions spring to my mind, including , Where did this idea originate from?? Who came up with this?? Were ANY of these either doctored/altered to favor the BTPD?? Most of all, as these concerned individuals who sent this to me state, do ANY of the attorneys in this area now about this?? I would highly suggest that this piece of information gets out to EVERY defense attorney in this county, so that their clients can get the true justice they deserve!!

222'S BEEN NAUGHTY!!
I learned from a concerned citizen of this township (via note on my hubby's car), that about an hour ago, our ever so wonderful paid fire service, supposedly got themselves in an accident! According to the information given, they were at Salem Harbor Apartments on a call, when Engine 222, (Which I saw parading out for all to see earlier this AM.), allegedly backed into a fence belonging to this apartment complex!!
Given the FACT that this paid fire service was started illegally, and that it is currently violating the Fair Labor Standards Act, (CFR 29 553. 100-106 in particular 103A), I would strongly suggest that people start looking into their activities, as well as that of those connected with 222. I would also start asking just where EVERY penny of our tax dollars are going to, as well as the $11 million dollars this township has been getting from PARX.
BTW.... the two visitors a certain 'connected' former BTPD official had sent to my door to intimidate me with false accusations, FAILED. I will NOT stop letting the truth be known, and I will not be intimidated, or slandered into doing otherwise.

THEY’RE SPEAKING OUT YOUR MAJESTY!
I HAD AN AWESOME DAY TODAY!! NOT ONLY DID I HAVE A BLESSED AND AWESOME TIME IN CHURCH, BUT WHEN I GOT BACK, I FOUND THIS GOODIE WAITING FOR ME AT MY DOOR!! AS I READ IT, I REALIZED THAT HIS MAJESTY’S NEW TAX PLAN IS NOT SETTING WELL WITH THE RESIDENTS OF THIS TOWN, AND THE RESPONSE FROM THE TOWNSHIPS HONORABLE FIRST RESPONDERS IS JUST THE BEGINNING. READ BELOW AND SEE WHAT YOU THINK:
Our emergency services group met to discuss the upcoming 1...% wage tax and as a group we are amazed at how many people are missing the big picture. Where in the hell is the $11,000,000.00 dollars we get each year from Parx casino going?!!! The Mayor promised us if we supported the casino program the emergency services would gain financial support from the township. In fact, they took money from the fire companies! When the issue was forced and the SAFER grant was shown to the politicians they returned the money. In the grant application, the township said they would not use any funding from the volunteer fire companies to support the paid personnel. If we had a responsible and financial intelligent local government, they would have been taking money from the $11,000,000.00 and building up the reserve fund for the township. Instead they have REDUCED the reserve fund from $72,000,000.00 at the start of the casino program down to under $50,000,000.00 all the while increasing the size of the local government!
The Mayor and the council said that half the money received from Parx Casino was supposed to go to the school district to keep school taxes down. That never happened either! What has happened is those in power are spending the money like water with no vision or plan for the future.
It’s only a 1% tax! Really, only?! They said that about the increase in tax funding for the rescue squad. They get over $1,000,000.00 from the township and STILL only provide 2, 24 hour ALS units to the township. Bristol Township has 2, 24 hour ALS units for less than ½ that amount!
When the township spent more than $5,000,000.00 to improve the intersection of Galloway and Mechanicsville (so the Mayor would not have to wait to turn left) the Council said the state would give the money back to the township because they were state roadways. That has never happened.
No one has bothered to ask the real question….WHERE IS THE MONEY going Mr. MAYOR?

Everyone who lives in Bensalem Township please be so kind as to pack your bags and leave this township as soon as possible. Go north, south, east or west but get the hell out of here pdq. The damn hayseeds running this town have the same problem the hayseeds that ran this town THIRTY years ago had. They DO NOT know to HANDLE money. This burg has $57.7 MILLION (yes, MILLION) bucks sitting somewhere in reserve that the township “can’t use”. I never knew that the township was running a currency museum. WTF $57.7 mill we cannot use, what good is it??? The budget is up and what does Mayor McCheese do??? Does he hire some hot shot bean counter firm or law firm to figure out a way to utilize the $57.7mill????? Which by the way can be done, but I am not giving away the answer for free. What does he do? He asks for an earned income tax. Is he fucking serious??? Obviously he is. The residents of this town work hard for their do re mi. They pay Federal, State and in some cases Philly wage tax or wage taxes in other burgs that do NOT have a surplus of $57.7 Million, and now here comes King Joey with his hand out asking the residents of this town for more money while he has the $57.7 in a wallet in his back pocket. Hey Joe, go do battle and figure out a way to utilize that $57.7 mill. Then come ask us. Here is my answer NO FUCKING WAY.
