WE'RE WAITING!!!

I was out accomplishing some errands, and this was found on my doorstep when I got back. It seems that the honorable members of Bensalem Township’s fire service have a great deal to say concerning what occurred yesterday, and are demanding answers concerning Union Fire Company.
This was received from members of the Bensalem Township Fire Service.
The following list is regarding the tanker tractor fire on Route 1. Bear in mind, that some of these are the same reasons given by the Director of Public Safety AND the Mayor for shutting down the Union Fire Company.

1. Responding with two people on an engine. This was captured on news video.
2. Unsafe acts. The paid fire firefighters DID NOT use the breathing apparatus they were supposed to be wearing.
3. Unaccounted for personnel. Responding paid fire fighters in non-fire suppression vehicles are not accounted for and do not report into a central location. If disaster strikes there will be a delay in identifying missing personnel.
4. One man on a hose line. The pump operator went back and forth on the hose line to assist the nozzleman.
5. Violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act. You CANNOT volunteer and be paid for the same job in the same municipality.

We are waiting for the Public Safety Director AND the Mayor to publicly address these issues the same way they did with the Union Fire Company. Our brothers and sisters in the Union Fire Company were attacked publicly and humiliated for doing FAR LESS than the list above.

We are waiting Mr. Mayor…

Yes we ARE waiting “Your Majesty”. We are waiting with baited breath for the PUBLIC apology due to the members of Union Fire Company from Haman, for his slanderous remarks concerning them. You know that 18 IMAGINARY Safety Issues he brought up against them, the trashing of two of its chiefs, including the FALSE arrest of Dave Jerri’s son (YES IT WAS FALSE!!), and false accusations he made to the FBI over their boat grant. Oh yeah, how about UNLAWFULLY claiming the boat grant on the township’s budget?? Speaking of grants, when are you going to allow the members of the fire service to see the SAFER Grant?? When are you going to explain how you are going to fund 222, and much more without it costing the other volunteer fire companies $$$$?? BTW, why is Ruggerio STILL volunteering with Cornwells?? Most of all….

HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THE LEGALITY OF 222??
