Once again the Township of Bensalem has reached another low point in becoming the Township of Cheep shits. The clowns running the show in this Township are charging admission to the Christmas tree lighting, disguised as a "new tradition" to the event. Now, one must bring a patriotic Tree ornament. Why don't the ring of morons collateralize the alleged 55 million and buy some ornaments that way the hard working people of this town who wish to witness the event can do so without having to spring for anything. Once again the morons have their hands out while 55 million hangs out of their back pocket. Smarten Up Bensalem!! Boycott the tree lighting

A ‘Patriotic Tree Ornament’ to be part of an event?? PLEASE!! Evidently the Township is desperate for attention and worse yet, they're in need of more $$$. I recently heard that they are taking more $$$ out of the Township's Reserve Fund, plus they're spending the EIT on unnecessary things like promoting cops to positions they don't deserve, plus they created a deputy director of public works position!! Even more interesting is the person who got this position, is good buddies with His Majesty, and that makes myself and many others wonder what this person’s qualifications are for this.
