Like this is actually going to happen!! Joey D has been promising this for so long, that if this ACTUALLY happens, it will be a miracle. What also gets me is how the comment posters hit the nail on the when it comes to it, with the following:
"This project will look nothing like the original plans. If it even comes close to the number of residences built compared to those planned, it will be a miracle.
And Bensalem themselves will chip in with the screw ups also.
He is right, 5-6 years, we wont be able to recognize it from the plans."

"Why would someone want to spend "from the upper 200's" in Bensalem when they can go 4 miles down river and get the same thing at DelAire Landing or Bakers Bay for $100K with lower taxes? Just wondering."

This was my personal fave:
"Will they build high enough that residents will be able to see all the illegal aliens milling around at Street and Knights from their living rooms?"

Notice how they conveniently left out the marina area?? Could it be that they don't want the residents of that area to remember the hideous way Union Fire Company was treated, and forced into giving up the rescue boat that was LEGITIMATELY needed?? Now, because of Haman's lies and deceit, the township is facing lawsuits from Dave Jerri, Sr. and Jr., and many other lawsuits that the township does NOT want the residents of this town to know about. Gee, I wonder why, "Your Majesty"?? Could it be that if they found out, your precious dreams of re-election will go down the drain??
