In case anyone is wondering, this was given to me by some VERY concerned fire fighters, who want the truth about this to be known. Remember what you and your minions have been denying for the past three years concerning the paid fire department?? You know how it and the employees are in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act?? Here it is below:
Section § 553.102 States the Following:
Employment by the same public agency.
(a) Section 3(e)(4)(A)(ii) of the FLSA does not permit an individual to perform hours of volunteer service for a public agency when such hours involve the same type of services which the individual is employed to perform for the same public agency.

Look it up, if you doubt it! The paid township firefighters that are also volunteers in the township are not permitted to work for a paid fire company, EVEN in Bensalem!! This is the very thing you've been so much Haman, but it keeps being proven true! Yet despite being exposed, you still continue to lie!! In the meantime, sitting on the thrown, is His Majesty, and His Court, whose claim to fame is…"no one told me". Well gentlemen, the concerned fire fighters are telling you NOW!
Haman, you've have cheated honorable fire companies in Bensalem out of funding, provided a "combination fire company" which was established AGAINST township ordinances, as a separate, paid only fire company, and have the township in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (CFR 29 553.100 through 553.106). Worse yet, you've slandered honorable fire companies like Union, fire fighters, like Dave Jerri, Sr. and Jr., plus many others who stand against you. Now it's all unraveling and you can't do a thing about it...
