Most of all, who are you trying to fool??? Evidently Mr. Allen wants to FINALLY do something about this issue, AFTER the damage is done!! That's like locking your hone up, AFTER the robbery!! How about demanding answers concerning Harran's dangerous drunk and angry driving, and why he's not being held accountable for it. Even better yet, why not demand to see the alleged video footage of his dangerous driving??
