WHO WILL TAKE A STAND??

MORNING EVERYONE!! I FOUND THIS ON MY DOORSTEP LAST NIGHT, AFTER COMING HOME FROM CHURCH WITH MY HUBBY. AFTER READING THIS THIS MORNING, AND PRAYING FOR THE BRAVE PERSON WHO GAVE THIS TO ME, I FELT LED OF THE LORD TO SHARE.
We got together as a group of firefighters from Bensalem to discuss a very disturbing report we received concerning a member of the supervisors of the Bensalem Police department.  In order to get this information directly from someone from the police department we met at an eating establishment in New Jersey.  We assured the member of the police department that we would not reveal their identity to anyone who sees this.
The officer was aware of the targeting of members of the fire service who spoke up about the way the township set up the paid fire company, employing members of the volunteer fire companies as paid firefighters and circumventing the hiring testing for the position of firefighter when the son of a close friend of the Mayor wanted a paid job but could not pass the test nor did he have the qualifications.
The member of the police department provided the following information regarding the sergeant who suddenly retired.
The sergeant intimidated a police officer who arrested a subject known to the sergeant.  The sergeant first said that he wanted the charges withdrawn by the officer and if he didn’t withdraw the charges, “his career would become very difficult within the police department”.  When the officer told the sergeant he could not withdraw the charges the sergeant came back to the officer a few days later and said he had the charge withdraw approved by a lieutenant.  The officer than withdrew the criminal charges.
When the officer was confronted by the officer’s supervisor about the withdrawn charges, the officer provided the information given to him by the recently retired sergeant.  When this supervisor asked the lieutenant that was claimed to have approved the charges being withdrawn, he stated he knew nothing about it.
The lieutenant ordered the charges to be re-filed.  When the officer went to serve the arrest warrant on the defendant, the sergeant that had instructed him to withdraw the charges was at the home of the defendant.
Instead of the police department forwarding the incident to the district attorney’s office for investigation and prosecution, the sergeant who used criminal coercion, intimidation and official misconduct to protect the son of a close personal friend, he was allowed to retire with a pension!
The officer told us this sergeant had a long history of this and other criminal conduct with nothing done!
He stole a cell phone from a defendant and sold it to a police officer.  When that officer tried to activate the phone it came up as reported stolen.  Was he prosecuted?  It wasn’t even turned over to the district attorney!  Instead, he got a written reprimand.
A case involving a friend of this same sergeant who did a lot of free computer work for him got dismissed when the case file, witnesses suddenly stopped cooperating and the evidence went missing.  Nothing happen again!
He has also had several charges involving the same defendant withdrawn in the last 5-10 years!  Still nothing.
I guess this time; he came up against an honest lieutenant.  This is great for the community, bad for the lieutenant.  This lieutenant is in for some tough times.
Considering all the false, outright lies and public humiliation inflicted on the Union Fire Company by the Director of Public Safety with the Mayor standing right there with him….nothing about this sergeant or his years of misconduct.  Nothing forwarded to the district attorney for investigation, nothing!
This was the same sergeant that was supervising and signing off on the reports submitted by the special victim unit detective who never investigated several child abuse cases that resulted in the defendant abusing several more children before he was finally stopped by a diligent Bristol township detective.  Ironically, this sergeant was in the township newsletter receiving an award for investigating juvenile crime victim’s cases!
Of course, he is not the only one who has had charges withdrawn or dismissed against someone connected to the higher ups in the township and police department.
This officer also confirmed that there is video tape of the Director of Public Safety driving a township vehicle after spending hours drinking at a golf tournament. Was the Director of Public Safety embarrassed by the tape?  No, just annoyed.  When the Mayor and Council have refused to review the tape he laughed and said he was untouchable.  Instead, they told some of the concerned officers that they had “spoken with the Director of Public Safety” about the driving after drinking!
Meanwhile, a paid firefighter attacked a volunteer, damaged property and drove drunk with numerous witnesses and hospital reports as well as evidence collected by the police department.  What happened?  The victim, his father and members of his fire company were pressured by the township NOT to pursue criminal charges.
Now we have to wonder if anything Harran said to us about the Union Fire Company was true.
This officer was brave to come forward and tell us what is going on.  The officer is afraid as he or she has seen the lengths the director will go to cover himself and attack those that reveal the truth.

IT'S VERY CLEAR TO ME THAT PEOPLE LIKE SHERRIFF LOBO, DEPUTY PERKINS, AND ANINSMAN NEED TO BE ARRESTED, AND BRUGHT TO JUSTICE FOR THE EVIL AND ILLEGAL THINGS THAT THEY HAVE BEEN DOING. THE HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FAR TOO LONG AND NEED TO BE STOPPED. UNFORTUNATLEY, WE HAVE NO ONE IN THIS TOWN WITH THE COURAGE TO DEMAND AN INVESTIGATION OF THIS AND THE MANY OTHER THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN TAKING PLACE. WE ESPECIALLY HAVE COWARDLY DEMOCRATS INT HIS TOWN WHO REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING, BECASE THEY'DON'T WANT TO BE RUMOR MONGERS' WHICH I FIND TO BE A PITIFUL EXCUSE!!

TAKE A STAND AND DO SOMETHING!!
