This devotional, as well as what I read today in Psalm 146:3-4 are a STRONG reminder to me that we are not to place our trust in anyone or anything the than God. It is also a warning to those who think that they are 'rulers for life', who will reign forever, that God is the One who decides how long you will be in charge, and this means YOU Your Majesty!! Just like empires, dynasties, and kingdoms, YOU TOO, WILL FADE AWAY Your Majesty, and worse yet,
NO ONE WILL REMEMBER YOU!!!
