Explain This Haman

Why is it that whenever my spouse and I are out, and my friends also, we see the Bensalem Police Cars, were allegedly spotted at the following areas:
Hooters +
Street Road Bar and Grill
Scruples at Oakford Inn
Micheal's Cafe, (In the rear) +
Micheal's restaurant +
K-Mart (In the rear)
WAWA +
Redners
Christian Life Center
Regency Apartments (Back of Bensalem Plaza Shopping Center)
We've also seen the recent paid fire company purchase parked at Nottingham Fire Dept. and we've seen the paid fire engine 222 at Giant with paid fire fighters coming out with groceries!! Scary thing is, my friends have submitted pics of a few of these, and I'm sure the press would LOVE to see them.
