Day 24

Target: Rulers

Proverbs 29:27

An unjust man is an abomination to the righteous, and he who is upright in the way is an abomination to the wicked.

Prayer:

Father God, we humbly seek Your face and ask that You would place righteous rulers in positions of power. We have made poor choices in the past, or let others choose for us when we failed to exercise our right to vote. As the true "goodwill ambassadors", it is our honor to represent You wherever we go. Lord, as we begin to study the men and issues presented on our ballots this November, bring about a national revival of Biblical values. May America once again seek first the Kingdom of God and its righteousness. May we press toward the high calling of Christ Jesus, so that we may honor you in the laws that govern this great nation. In Jesus' name, Amen.

THE BIBLE ALSO STATES THE DANGERS OF CALLING GOOD EVIL, AND EVIL GOOD. TOO OFTEN WE AS A NATION, STATE, COUNTY, AND TOWN HAVE DONE THAT VERY THING. FOR TOO LONG WE HAVE ALLOWED A GOVERNOR TO STALL AND COVER UP HIS INVOLVEMENT WITH A PEDOPHILE, AND GET AWAY WITH IT. WE HAVE ALLOWED CORRUPT EVIL INDIVIDUALS IN OUR COUNTY ROW OFFICES TO ABUSE THEIR POSITIONS OF AUTHORITY, HARASS, AND ABUSE OTHERS WHO REFUSE TO TAKE PART IN THEIR SIN. OUR LOCAL OFFICIALS ARE JUST AS GUILTY OF THE SAME THING, AND THINK THEY WILL GET AWAY WITH IT BY DOING PIOUS GOOD DEEDS, AND THREATENING/INTIMIDATING OTHERS. WELL, AS GALATIANS 6:7 SAYS, YOU WILL REAP WHAT YOU SOW, AND THE HARVEST IS COMING AND IT WILL BE ONE YOU WON'T LIKE OR WANT.
I HAVE SAID IT REPEATEDLY AND WILL SAY AGAIN, ITS TIME TO VOTE THE RATS OUT, AND BRING BACK HONOR, INTEGRITY AND GODLINESS BACK TO THE RIGHTEOUS STATE IT WAS IN BEFORE. IT STARTS WITH THIS ELECTION, AND CONTINUES WITH THE NEXT, AND NEVER STOPS. WE ALSO NEED TO KEEP THE EVIL FROM COMING BACK IN, AND STRENGTHEN OUR GODLY VALUES, SO THAT WE ARE A REPUTABLE AND STRONG NATION.
