I'd say it's about time, but they are so predictable it's not funny. As usual, they do this w/o having any VALID emergency management plan, overdrawn on their budget, and where is Haman??? I've been trying to get in touch with him on something of importance, but he apparently wants to duck answering questions, especially, when they're from me. (Gee, I wonder why???) Guess he's ether too busy, or too scared.
