The Director of Public Safety and the Fire Marshal's office accused Chief Troisi of refusing to give water to the paid fire company at a fire on State road. Since that public accusation, Union Fire Company was suspended under questionable circumstances, Chief Troisi was UNJUSTLY let go as chief of Union Fire Company, PSD Harran sent the FBI to probe their Marine Boat Grant, had the new chief's son arrested on FALSE charges, and much more!! Since this, we have discovered the following.
1. Chief Troisi and the Union Fire Company IMMEDIATELY gave the paid fire company water when they arrived on the fire ground.
2. Chief Troisi and the Union Fire Company have notified the Fire Marshal's office on numerous occasions over the last 10 years that the yard hydrant at that facility had Jones Snap connections and they needed to be changed. This situation was never addressed by the Fire Marshal's office.
3. The detective assigned to investigate this case did not interview the crew of E-37 regarding the incident.
4. A Chief of an out of town fire company that responded to the incident reported that he was present and witnessed E-37 immediately give water to E-222 when it arrived on location.
5. There are pictures showing E-37 giving water to E-222!
6. The Director of Public Safety refuses to release the investigation to Chief Troisi and the Union Fire Company.
7. The complaint was coerced from a Chief Officer of a Township fire company by a member of the Fire Marshal's office.
