How idiotic!! Haman,why wasn't
this Detective Cannon FIRED for her failure to pursue the cases
she had against this man?? Where were her superiors in all of this?? They
too bear responsibility in this man's actions, because they FAILED to
properly discipline this woman. Children's lives were destroyed, because
these individuals were too lazy to do their job, and NOTHING was done
to them??
