SOME FACTS TO REMEMBER THIS NOVEMBER


THE MAYOR OF BENSALEM AND DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY HARRAN ARE DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1.       An over $5,000,000.00 training center that DOES NOT meet the requirements for the Bensalem Fire Service. The new training center in Croydon, however, meets every need, and yet they STILL refuse to admit this waste of $$$
2.       Over three years of budget deficits, with NO plan to properly and legitimately balance it.
3.       A paid fire service with NO PLAN OF OPERATION, NO FUNDING PLAN AND NO DIRECTION.
4.       A larger than ever Fire Marshall staff that STILL cannot inspect all the businesses in Bensalem.
5.       A falsified Federal Grant application to obtain the SAFER money for the paid fire service.
6.       Continued secret projects that do not include the fire service except to tell them they have to pay for it.
7.       Harassment of a fire company utilizing the police department. 
8.       Refusing to work with fire departments that have come up with ideas to improve service and reduce taxes.
9.       Increased EMS tax for the same service we were receiving before the tax increase.
10.   A future tax increase to pay for the money needed to pay for the paid fire company.
11.   The confiscation of the fire companies Relief Money to fund the programs he wants and pay for purchases for the few companies that did not properly manage their money.
12.   Threats of arrest of a fire chief that wanted to clear his name.
13.   Having a fire Chief’s Son Arrested on FALSE Charges of Workman’s Comp Insurance Fraud,  of Which he Was Ultimately Acquitted of  
14.   Providing false information to the media and the public.
15.   NO EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE TOWNSHIP…STILL


AS A RESULT, WE HAVE A FAMILY NEARLY RUINED BY HAMAN'S FALSE ACCUSATIONS, AN HONORABLE FIRE COMPANY TRASHED BY HAMAN'S LIES, AND A TOWNSHIP GOING DEEPER AND DEEPER INTO DEFICITS. IN THE MEANTIME THE COUNCIL GOES ALONG WITH EVERYTHING THE MAYOR SAYS AND DOES.
WHAT TYPE OF LEADERSHIP IS THAT??
