An Interesting Thought

This was something some friends of mine and I discussed and upon confirming had to share:
A few of my friends made an interesting observation about the school district problem which I completely missed. If the school district turned the investigation of theft over to the police department, they WOULD NOT have to hirer a forensic accountant. The police would conduct the investigation. They have state and federal forensic accounting services at their disposal.

Unless, of course they want to review the information first, to protect politically connected persons from prosecution!!
